Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue or use the Search facility, then click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

| Shipping And Handling All goods must be signed for upon delivery. In the event that there is no one at the premises when the goods are delivered the couriers are under instructions not to leave the parcel. If the courier has been unable to deliver the goods you will be left a card stating the local depot's address and telephone number. If you then contact the depot you can arrange another date for the delivery to be made - this must be to the same address. |
| Delivery Schedule We want to deliver your goods to you as quick as we possibly can, indeed a large percentage of our orders are delivered within two working days. However, because your order may not be in stock and we have to wait for delivery from the manufacturers, please allow 10 working days from placing your order for delivery. If there is any deviation from this expected delivery time you will be notified. |

Returns Policy We want you to be happy with the equipment that you have bought and as such we operate a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee. Which, in plain terms, means that if you send the goods back to us, within 14 days, in the same condition as we sent them to you then we will refund your money.
Please note that you will have to bear the cost of the return postage and ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any damage which may be sustained in transit. Any restocking fees charged by the manufacturer or importer will also be deducted from the refund.
The refund will be carried out as soon as we have received and checked the goods.
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are faulty please notify us immediately and we will arrange for the faulty unit to be collected and a replacement provided. In this instance we will pay all shipping costs.
